The end of monday!!

Seeing as though since i rejoined slimming world on Thursday my efforts so far have been poor im going to say today was my fresh start i have had a fab day and eaten some really nice food!!

I'm absolutely Knackered from cooking for 3 hours but I Know it will be worth it when I need something in a hurry I can just grab something from the freezer and it be done in ten minutes!!

I have used 8.5 syns today on a glass of wine which i thoroughly enjoyed!!

P.s Tomorrow is my weigh in day, i know i joined Thursday but i was eager to get started and will actually be weighing in on Tuesdays at 5pm!! Cant wait!!
